This site http://droidz.org/stickmain/ has .stk files that you can put in your animation. You might have to drag it from 'Downloads' to add. Unfortunately not all of them work, you might have to try a few different ones.
It is also a good idea to use tutorials to learn skills, there are some good ones out there, find one you like:

Learning a basic walk is a good start. I don't love the music, but this one is pretty good:)
